Affiliate Program Terms

1. Program Overview

By participating in the Whisprtypr Affiliate Program ("Program"), you agree to these terms. The Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by referring customers to Whisprtypr through unique affiliate links.

2. Affiliate Approval

Wavee LLC reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion. We may terminate or suspend any affiliate account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any reason we deem necessary.

3. Commission Structure

  • Affiliates earn 30% commission on qualifying purchases
  • Commissions apply to the purchase price (excluding taxes and fees)
  • Only purchases made through your unique affiliate link are eligible
  • Self-referrals are not permitted and will result in account termination
  • We reserve the right to modify commission rates with 30 days notice

5. Payment Terms

  • Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD
  • Payments are processed monthly, typically within the first week of each month
  • Payment methods: PayPal or bank transfer (subject to eligibility)
  • Affiliates are responsible for any payment processing fees
  • A 30-day hold period applies to prevent fraud and chargebacks
  • You must provide accurate payment information

6. Promotional Guidelines

You may promote Whisprtypr through:

  • Your blog, website, or social media channels
  • Email newsletters (with proper consent from recipients)
  • YouTube videos or podcasts
  • Paid advertising (see restrictions below)

7. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

  • Bid on branded keywords (e.g., "Whisprtypr", "Whisprtypr voice typing") in paid search campaigns
  • Use misleading or deceptive marketing practices
  • Impersonate Whisprtypr or claim to be an official representative
  • Send unsolicited emails (spam) promoting your affiliate link
  • Use cookie stuffing, URL hijacking, or other fraudulent tracking methods
  • Create fake accounts or generate fraudulent referrals
  • Make false claims about Whisprtypr's features or capabilities
  • Use your affiliate link on coupon or deal sites without prior approval

8. Brand Usage

You may use Whisprtypr's name, logo, and marketing materials provided in the affiliate dashboard for promotional purposes. You must:

  • Follow our Brand Guidelines
  • Not modify logos or brand assets
  • Not imply official partnership or endorsement unless explicitly granted
  • Not register domains containing "Whisprtypr" or similar variations

9. FTC Disclosure Requirements

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in compliance with FTC guidelines. Include a clear statement such as "This post contains affiliate links. I may earn a commission if you make a purchase through these links at no additional cost to you." Place this disclosure prominently where your audience can easily see it.

10. Refunds and Chargebacks

If a referred customer requests a refund or initiates a chargeback, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your account balance. If your balance is insufficient, you may owe the amount on your next payout.

11. Tax Responsibilities

You are responsible for reporting your affiliate income and paying applicable taxes in your jurisdiction. We may require you to provide tax information (such as a W-9 form for U.S. affiliates) before processing payments. We are not responsible for withholding taxes unless legally required.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your affiliate links will be deactivated
  • You will forfeit any unpaid commissions below the minimum threshold
  • Commissions for sales made before termination (and not refunded) will be paid
  • You must cease all use of Whisprtypr branding and marketing materials

13. Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms, commission rates, cookie duration, or other program elements at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email with 30 days notice. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Limitation of Liability

Whisprtypr and Wavee LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program. Our total liability is limited to the commissions owed to you.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with our main <Link href="/terms" className="text-primary hover:underline">Terms and Conditions</Link>.
